HOW TO ORDER	When ordering, please include Quantity of each item, Part number, Description and Unit exactly as it appears in the catalog. Price confirmation and part availability may be obtained from a Customer Service Representative. TERMS	Net 30 days. All payments not received within this period may bear interest at the rate of 1.5% per month to the extent permitted under the applicable law. MasterCard® and VISA® accepted. All shipments are F.O.B., Milwaukie, OR; freight prepaid and added to invoice.
DELIVERY	Orders will normally ship within 24-48 hours.
MINIMUMS	All orders may be subject to minimum billing of $50.00
RETURNS	For warranty replacements please contact a Customer Representative for instructions.
EMERGENCY	If parts are required IMMEDIATELY to continue operation, emergency orders will be expedited
